Magnesia chrome brick is made of some preliminary synthesis high purity raw materials. The high purity raw refractories should be high pressure formed, ultra high temperature fired and then go through some other post-treatment process and system, finally made the magnesia chrome brick. Magnesia chrome brick has high room temperature compressive strength, low porosity, strong erosion resistance and scouring resistance, etc.
Magnesia chrome brick is mainly used for steelmaking basic open-hearth furnace, electric furnace bottom and wall, permanent lining of oxygen converter, non-ferrous metal metallurgy furnace, high-temperature tunnel kiln, lining of rotary kiln, furnace bottom and wall of heating furnace, regenerative chamber of glass furnace and etc.
Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
