Product Overview

Alumina insulation brick is usually made of high alumina bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay. After being pulverized, it is poured and formed in the form of mud by gas generation method or foam method, and fired at 1300-1500℃. Occasionally, alumina can be used instead of alumina clinker. Alumina insulation brick is light weight shaped refractory material, it is used for lining and insulation layer of kilns, and for parts without strong high temperature molten material erosion and scouring effect. It can not use as a load bearing part. When in direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature should not be higher than 1350℃. The higher alumina content, the better product performance.

Application

Alumina insulation brick can be used in lining of pyrolysis furnace, hot blast stove, ceramic roller kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln and various resistance furnaces.

Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
