Acid proof brick is a kind of acid-proof product that uses a variety of inorganic and non-metallic mineral products as raw materials. After being crushed, ground, classified into whole grains, it is then pressed into shape and fired at high temperature. It has good acid resistance, low apparent porosity, compact structure and controllable size. Acid brick is not resistant against hydrofluorocarbon acid or strong alkali.
Acid proof brick is used as working lining for anti erosion and acid proof pickling groove, acid storage tank, leaching tower, anti-erosion and acid proof floor, tubes and etc.
Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
