Product Overview

Alumina hollow insulation brick, also named Alumina bubble brick, is based on the alumina hollow ball and alumina powder as the main raw material, mixing with other binders by sintering at 1750 degrees high temperature. It is a kind of new type high temperature thermal insulation materials, max working temperature can reach to 1800℃. It has longer service life and can be energy saving. 

Application

Alumina bubble brick is widely used in the high-thermal kilns or furnace such as refractory, industrial ceramic, electric ceramic, petrochemical engineering, metallurgy engineering industry as inner layer or the insulation materials for ultra high temperature kilns. This brick can contact with the flame directly, and it is the best choice of inner layer of high thermal furnace.

Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
