Fire clay brick is mainly made from refractory clay and coke gems clinker with 30~46% alumina content, the refractoriness is 1680~1770 ℃. It is a weak acid refractory material widely used in industrial kilns. The clinker is made of the main raw material, and the clay brick with porosity of less than 17% is named as low porosity clay brick.
Fire clay brick is used in steel, coke oven, glass, chemical industry and other industrial furnaces/kilns.
Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
