Acid-resistant castable is made of acid-resistant and refractory aggregates 60%-70%, powders 30%-40%, and the external infiltration degree is 1.38-1.42g / cm3 sodium silicate solution 13% -16%, it can resist 800~1200℃ corrosion by acid media (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, etc.)
Acid-resistant castable is widely used in acid petrochemical plant and sulphuric acid plant.
